Men are designed, by God, to carry a mantle of leadership. Men's Leadership Development is a unique context for the men of CrossWay to learn, grow together, and be equipped to carry that leadership well.
Let me encourage you, guys, to potentially reformat your Spring guys times to attend the six sessions of Leadership Development. They are all on Saturday mornings, from 7-9AM on the following dates:
- February 10
- February 24
- March 9
- March 23
- April 6
- April 20

Something Ahead
- Consider taking an extra week or two off around the holidays. For example, you could break from the week of December 25 all the way to January 14th.
- January 7th is the Leader Login, a brief stop in around the Sunday morning services. Mark your calendar for that Sunday. More info next month.
A Random Picture
The Scherer/Hengeveld Gospel Community owned the pie party after the Thanksgiving service. Huge props to the folks in the picture and the rest of the group that were likely somewhere else working really hard.
