Gospel Communities are intentionally designed to empower leaders and members to organically weave others into the group. So far this Fall, 39 folks have been added organically! This, to me, is a sign of health and a testimony of your faithful leadership!

Fall is a unique time where people are starting new rhythms and are open, in a particular way, to new things. Take advantage of this season to invite people to your Gospel Communities. Look for people, especially on Sunday morning, get to know them, and potentially let them know about your Gospel Community or another that may have capacity.

I'm increasingly aware of how lonely people are and how much a simple invite would mean to them. So prayerful walk through your life and keep you heart open to the Spirit's leading.

There are three things to be aware of in the next few weeks:

(1) Once a year we gather leaders from different ministries to provide an inside look at what's coming up. This all leader's gathering is on Friday, October 6th. You can RSVP here.

(2) Look out for an email from your Sphere group leader by next week. Please get back to them as soon as possible to nail down a date/time that works for you.

(3) The next Equipped class aimed at current and prospective Gospel Community leaders is on October 28th from 9a-12p. If you haven't taken the class before, I highly recommend it. If you know someone that would be a good leader or co-leader, please let me know (josh.mathews@cwc.church).
