I was born into a loving Christian family in Johnson City, NY to an American father and Canadian mother. At six years old, under the Lord’s leading my Dad transitioned to a new company based in Ottawa, ON, Canada and so our family moved north. That’s when I became a citizen of Canada and the United States. It was not long after moving to Canada that I welcomed Jesus into my life to rescue me through the invitation of my Sunday School teacher. I grew up attending church and had a growing conviction that God had set me apart to shepherd his church. I attended Houghton College, and afterwards moved back to Canada. It was then, volunteering at Southgate Community Church, that I met my wife Dana. We now live on Trinity Evangelical Divinity School’s campus as work towards finishing a Masters in Divinity.
I’m eager to get to know you and serve you during my term as an intern at CrossWay. My prayer for my time as an intern comes from Philippians 1:26 “… so that through my being with you again your boasting in Christ will abound on account of me.”
