I was born and raised in Pine Island, MN. Growing up I struggled mightily with my purpose in life and what would happen to me after death. By the grace of God I came to a saving faith in Jesus Christ as a freshman in college at NDSU, through the ministry of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ). While at NDSU, I received a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and I actively engaged in evangelism and discipleship through Cru.
Following college, I interned with Cru in the Fargo/Moorhead area for 2 years. During that time I sensed the call of God on my life to pastoral ministry and begin my MDiv at TEDS in the Fall of 2013, at which time I also began attending CrossWay. While at CrossWay I have been an active participant in CPTC.
This summer (August 2017) I married my beautiful wife Anna. We both have a passion for the gospel and seeing the glory of Christ extended all over the earth. We also love the outdoors, camping, fishing, coffee, and hiking. I am excited to be on staff at CrossWay! I am very thankful to be part of a team that has a passion to lead the Church to glorify God and be satisfied in Him alone.
